UniHouse has delivered programmes across Iraq — from Basra and Baghdad to Anbar and Ninewa — in partnership with international organisations, development banks, and global industry leaders, supporting workforce development, institutional strengthening, and economic growth.

Education Reform & Assessment Systems
UniHouse designs and implements education and assessment systems that align curriculum, competency frameworks, and institutional capacity with national priorities and international standards.
In Action: Delivering system-level advisory for assessment framework development, standardised procedures, and international benchmarking across three Iraqi universities — Warith University, Kut University, and Taleem Education — equipping assessment professionals, invigilators, and educators with the expertise required to uphold global assessment standards and improve institutional quality.
TVET & Workforce Development
UniHouse designs and delivers technical and vocational education systems that build workforce competencies aligned with labour market demand and measurable economic outcomes.
In Action: Leading the end-to-end design, implementation, and handover of a Technical and Vocational Training Centre for South Refineries Company in Basra — delivered with JGC of Japan and Hyundai Engineering under JICA funding, supporting a $2.7 billion refinery expansion. The initiative established a sustainable, nationally replicable TVET model covering civil, electrical, piping, welding, safety, and IT disciplines, achieving 94% participant satisfaction and 98% improved confidence under CDEF measurement.
Modernizing the Financial Sector

In Action: Serving as the lead curriculum design and development consultant for the Kuwait Association for Needy Families (KANF) on their next-generation technology university, ensuring alignment with international standards in Computer Engineering, AI, and Immersive Education.
Managing Scholarship Programs
We design, execute, and manage large-scale, tech-enabled scholarship programs for governments and corporations. We build transparent, accountable systems that connect the nation's brightest talent with world-class opportunities, strengthening long-term human capital.
In Action: In a long-standing partnership with BP, we managed a comprehensive scholarship program that successfully placed over 600 Iraqi delegates into BSc, MSc, and PhD programs across 12 elite UK universities, building a world-class talent pipeline.
